Classifieds now shows a status banner above classifieds forums and listing threads. It reports upgrade/backfill/maintenance state automatically, so members see a short explanation instead of wondering if something is broken. Admins can also set a manual message (for example, planned maintenance) that always takes priority over the automatic messages.
