I live in northwest Arkansas where we have very limited public outdoor ranges. I use The Hobbs state park range some. You need to be careful when you use it, because of the those from other countries don't know or care about range rules. Hobbs has 5 spaces to shoot from.
I also use the Berryville, Arkansas public range which does not have a lot of shooters during the middle of the week. Cost $2 a day. It is kept very clean and has the grass mowed often. There are about 40 shooting positions.
