Best 9mm Carry Ammo Recommendations

I’m in the market for some reliable 9mm carry ammo. What hollow points do you all trust? I'm particularly interested in performance and any personal stories about reliability in the field.

I've carried Speer Gold Dot 124gr for years, it feeds smooth and always reliable at the range. I've also had good luck with Federal HST..both expand well and I'd trust either for everyday carry

My suggestion is before you buy a carry ammo, make sure to test it out in the actual gun you'll be carrying. Even the best rounds can be a bit unpredictable. Stuff like feed ramps, recoil springs, and mag tension can change how they perform
