Game Warden Encounters and Stories

Had a funny encounter with a game warden last fall. I was convinced I was going to get a ticket for forgetting my license, but he just asked me about the deer I was tracking. Have you all had any funny or unexpected moments?

I've known a Game Warden with a good sense of Humor, Mr Johnny Reynolds of Greenbrier AR. His open line when greeting me on the lake when I was fishing or in the woods when I was hunting was "Know what time it is? Time to get hat license out " Lol Johhny passed away several years after his retirement, Rest in Peace my friend

Haha that's lucky! I've had a warden stop me once and chat about my rig instead of giving a ticket, I ended up swapping hunting stories for a few minutes.
